What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, CB, MasterCard, American Express, Diners, Discover, JCB and UnionPay. Your order amount will be charged at checkout. You can also use online payment solutions like PayPal, Apple Pay (on mobile) and Klarna.
Why was my payment declined?
If your payment was unsuccessful or cancelled, we recommend contacting your bank directly to identify the cause.
How do I access my invoice?
For orders placed as a guest, the invoice will be sent directly by email. If you have a customer account, you can download it at any time from your personal space.
