Which countries do you ship to?
We deliver to France and internationally, with the exception of certain specific restrictions. For more information on specific destinations, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service.
What shipping services do you offer?
We deliver to any personal postal address, with delivery of the package against signature. You also have the option of choosing delivery to a relay point via our online store. In Metropolitan France, packages are shipped with Chronopost, while UPS manages deliveries abroad.
Is shipping free?
Yes, standard shipping is offered for all orders. No shipping fees will be added to your purchase.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Generally, orders within Metropolitan France are delivered within 1-3 business days, while international deliveries can take between 3-7 business days.
