Do I need to register my return?
You do not need to notify your return directly on Jacquemus.com. To start the process, contact our customer service via the Contact page. A return form will be sent to you by email with all the necessary instructions.
What is your return policy?
You have 14 working days from the delivery date to return your items for a refund. Products must be returned in their original condition (packaging, accessories, labels, etc.) and must not have been worn, washed or damaged. Returns that do not comply with these conditions will not be accepted.
Can I make an exchange?
We do not offer an exchange service. If you want another product or another size, you must return the item for a refund and place a new order.
How do I return my package?
Contact our customer service via the Contact page to request a return form. Once the form is received by email, prepare the package with the items in their original packaging. Jacquemus cannot be held responsible for shipping costs or lost packages when the order was sent by another carrier. Return costs are your responsibility, and no prepaid label is provided. Fill out your return form attached to your order and put it in your package - Attach your Chronopost/DHL return slip to the package - Drop off your package at a Chronopost/DHL relay point.
